Visa application

When you are travelling from Denmark to the world, there are many different types of visas depending on the destination and the purpose of the trip, such as business visa, work visa, study visa and tourist visa. We have experience with all types of visas. Visa requirements and rules can vary greatly from country to country, and it is important that the application is filled out correctly, otherwise it can mean that it is rejected and ultimately that you are delayed on your trip.

Digital application process 

Through our digital ordering flow (link to “how to apply”) you are guided through the entire application process, until you have your approved visa in hand. The guide ensures that you report all necessary information and upload the documents needed to process your application. 

We offer our help in the form of three service packages, all based on our digital ordering flow: Basic, Business and Enterprise, and if you choose our Business solution, it is our ambition that you should spend less than 15 minutes on the entire application process. 

You choose a service package when you start the application process for the relevant country.

Basic: 

  • We check that your application is completed correctly
  • We check that all documents you have uploaded or submitted meet the relevant requirements
  • We submit your application materials to the relevant embassy and collect them again
  • Quick re-order function for future applications 

Business:

In the business package, we offer the following services in addition to the basic package: 

  • Passport expiry reminder
  • Visa expiry reminder
  • 24/7 support
  • Personal visa consultant
  • Urgent request option

Enterprise:

The price of the three service packages varies slightly depending on the country you wish to apply for a visa to. You can see the price when you click on the relevant country.

Quick visa re-order

Once you have used our digital ordering flow, you can easily and quickly re-order your visa using the “Re-order” function. Our system stores all relevant information from your previous application and tells you which additional information or documents are required.
