The visa application process

Our goal is to help you quickly and safely through the visa process, saving you time, a lot of unnecessary hassle, and ensuring you can travel at the planned time. The rules for visa applications vary from country to country and can change from day to day. At Visa Application, we are in close contact with the embassies and are therefore always updated on the latest rules. 

We offer three service packages; Basic, Business, and Enterprise, and if you choose our Business solution, it is our ambition that you should spend less than 15 minutes on the entire application process.

Digital application process in four steps

We have developed a unique digital process that guides you all the way from starting your application to holding your approved visa in hand. 

To start your visa application, you need to select the country from the list you wish to apply for a visa to. Next, you should choose one of the three service packages, i.e., how you want Visa Application to assist you in the application process. 

The digital application process then follows four steps:

Order Visa

You are guided through every step, and we help process your application.

1. Start your application 
You will be asked to enter the information we need in order to process your application, e.g. details about your outbound and return trip, the purpose of your trip, etc. You will also be presented with the option of extra services, such as whether you would like us to deliver your approved visa to your home address.

Receive document requirements

You will receive an email describing which documents we are missing.

Once you have completed the first part of the digital application flow, you will receive a confirmation of your order in an email from us, together with a detailed description of which documents we require from you in order to complete processing your application. This can include, for example, a copy of your passport, a letter of guarantee, etc. All these documents can be uploaded digitally.

Complete form

Using the link in your email, you can complete your application online.

In the confirmation email, you will find a link to complete your application online. Afterwards, your information will be processed with the aim of securing you an approved visa.

Receive your visa

You can either collect your visa or have it delivered.

You can choose whether you want to collect your visa yourself or have it delivered. You will be asked this as part of the application process. 

We always review your approved visa before sending it to you. We also always recommend that you review it yourself and make sure that all the information you have submitted is recorded correctly.

If there are errors in the information, it can cause problems when entering the destination country.

The most important details you should check are:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Date of entry
• Date of exit
• Passport number
• Visa type (check that the purpose of your trip is stated correctly)
