When a group of 12 employees from JENSEN Denmark A/S were to participate in The Clean Show in Florida in the summer of 2025, they contacted Visa Application. JENSEN Denmark has 4 factories on Bornholm and is part of the global corporation JENSEN-GROUP.
In June 2025 - shortly before the summer vacation - it became clear that all employees who were to participate in the trade fair needed a business visa for the USA, and with departure in mid-August, time was short.

"We quickly realized that it requires specialized knowledge to fill out the documents correctly - especially when both a Danish and an American company are involved. It was a great comfort to have someone who knew all the requirements and understood how the embassy evaluates the applications," says Rikke Jønsson.
"It was a great relief for us. We could focus on our professional purpose of the trip, while Visa Application handled all the administrative work. They made a complicated process simple - and saved us both time and worries."
"The Clean Show is North America's largest trade fair for textile care and therefore a central event for our industry, where we meet customers, partners, and colleagues from all over the world," says Rikke Jønsson, Project Coordinator at JENSEN Denmark A/S.
The period just before the summer vacation is always extra busy at the embassy, and when JENSEN Denmark contacted Visa Application, there were no available times for the mandatory interviews of the employees.
In order to obtain an approved business visa, both the guarantee letter from JENSEN Denmark and the invitation letter from JENSEN-GROUP US had to meet the American requirements. If there are errors in these documents, the application can be rejected, which could result in delays and, in the worst case, an employee being unable to enter the USA.

Since JENSEN Denmark A/S is based in Bornholm, the planning also required extra coordination regarding travel to the American embassy in Østerbro, Copenhagen.
It was a logistical challenge because people were scattered, and some only returned from vacation just before departure, but Visumansøgning.dk made it all run smoothly. They gathered all documents, arranged times for interviews at the embassy, secured the necessary approvals, and sent the approved visas back to Bornholm.
